Traditional Rustico in a small typical Ticino “nucleo”. Very quiet area ideal for those who want calmness and silence. The house perfectly combines ancient and modern. Possibility of excursions in the surroundings. Lugano is only 15 minutes away by car. You will do a self check-in but I am available via video (Hidden by Airbnb) to welcome you virtually (given the situation is now the safest thing anyway). It is furnished and decorated with love. There is a beautiful kitchen, a dining room, an outside terrace, a bedroom and a mezzanine, 2 different living rooms, 1 bathroom (shower only), located on different floors. You will have all the spaces in the house, excluding the cellar. I am available via phone or airbnb app, in case of need. The Rustico is located in a very quiet area ideal for hiking in the Malcantone area. Near the house there is a small stream which produces a very relaxing sound. At the same time it is close to the amenities (Coop and Migros are less than 10 minutes away by car), Lugano 15 minutes away by car. Arrival by car is recommended. We have a parking space available. The closest public bus/train stop is Serocca d'Agno at 15 minutes on foot (up or down).
