Beautiful Misty Villa amidst nature lake-lonavala

The bungalow in Lonvala overlooking the mountains is close to Pawna Lake and Lohgad fort ....Paradise for Nature Lovers ,Surrounded by bio diversity and various species of Birds …. The house has two bedrooms, one living room , fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and a bathroom ...... In the front lawn and at the rear of the house there is cozy seating in the property. There is a machan overlooking the mountain where you can enjoy the sunset views . There is a plot down which is a part of our property with seating arrangement and facilities like bonfire and barbeque (not accessible during rains ). From the lower level of this plot you can access the back waters of pawna lake too. You can set up your tent in this area during winters as well .... Guests can use the entire house and a plot below for barbeque and moonlight dinner set up ..... We are available at all times incase the guest needs any assistance .... The area is amidst lush green mountain cover ...The surrounding area gives you a lot to explore with Pawna lake and damn just being few kilometers away .On the other hand few kilometres away is the Lohgarh Fort .... Food and all can be ordered from the near by restaurants or there is an option of letting the care taker know well in advance incase you need homemade food ,which is provided at an additional cost ... This place has a short cut to the highway incase you need to connect without crossing the entire Lonavala market ..... You can also try some adventure sports during some months in and around the area ( info to be taken by the caretaker or neighbouring adventure companies). If you are a bird lover you can explore a lot of variety of birds in the area ( binoculars recommended ). There is good news for the pizza lovers too since there is a restaurant called Oven which serves freshly baked wooden fired pizzas garnished with their home grown mushrooms which is a huge attraction for tourists .... A must try ...... After you cross Satakkar Maharaj Ashram in dudhiware village ,this society is situated 400 m on the right hand side on the road to Pawna lake (it is close to Pawna lake not at pawna lake). The society has a gate , once you enter the gate there is a slight slope leading you the Misty Homestay ... Ample Parking available ... Please note this property is in Lonavala not in Pune ( (Hidden by Airbnb) map on air bnb shows it as pune ). A refundable deposit of Rs (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) /- will be charged at check in time at the property in case of any of damage to the property the cost of damage will be deducted from the deposit Only stags(boys) not allowed .We don’t allow only boys to book the place . Food and all can be ordered from the near by restaurants or there is an option of letting the care taker know well in advance (preferably a day prior)incase you need homemade food ,which is provided at an additional cost ... (Pls note we don’t have a set menu .You need to call our care taker and place your food orders according to what you want .Last min orders may not be entertained or incur additional cost as the market is about 12kms. from Misty Homestay ). This place has an operational fully equipped kitchen where you can cook comfortably ... Barbecue set up is provided along with skewers and coal .You need to organise your food material for barbecue.Pls note providing the set up means that we will be setting up the barbecue for you but you are expected to do it yourself once it is set up (our care taker would leave once it’s set ,he wouldn’t sit through the barbecue process ). Tea / coffee is provided free of charge... It is recommended to carry some snacks and drinks incase you guys are travelling with kids or with friends coz this place is little far from the market ...
