Cosy Annexe in a beautiful village

Light newly renovated self contained annexe with sunny private patio and parking space. The perfect retreat for exploring the surrounding area of outstanding natural beauty. Located in a pretty village near the River Dart within walking distance of Totnes and the beautiful Sharpham Estate, where they hold events and retreats. There are 3 local pubs that you can walk to all serving wonderful food. The annexe has a new double sofa-bed in the main living area equiped with bedding, a small kitchenette with an electric 1 ring hob, kettle, toaster and mini fridge. There is also storage and hanging space for clothes. We live on the grounds of the annexe so we can offer help when needed and also pass on local knowledge. The village is a truly picturesque Devonshire village with old stone cottages and beautiful gardens. Being in a rural area the night sky is clear with great vissibilty of star constellations. Owls can be heard and the dawn chorus from the wide range of bird species is magnificent. The village sits on top of a hill and on a clear day you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and far stretching views towards Dartmoor
