Sandy Bay Retreat is located in a private gated community, in the quiet neighborhood of Sandy Bay. There is a beautiful on site pool private for residents and a private Beach Club just across the street! The community features 24 hour security and is situated in a convenient location on the island; just 10 minutes from the Airport and only 5 minutes from the grocery store! Sandy Bay Retreat features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a community pool - free for guests to use during their stay and a private beach club named Sol Y Mar just across the street. The home has cable TV, Wifi and Air Conditioned Bedrooms. It's located near ATV tours, West End Town, Half Moon Bay Beach, Sol Y Mar and West Bay Beach. Ask your host to book you airport shuttle, rental vehicles, taxis, water activities, land excursions, restaurant reservations and much more! Concierge service is included in your stay! Bedroom #1 - Queen size bed, Chest of Drawers, en-suite bathroom. This bedroom is perfect for a couple. It has plenty of storage space for clothing and a beautiful garden view. Comfortable linens and air conditioning will keep you comfortable all night long! Bedroom #2 - Single Bed, Two Small Dressers, Air Conditioning. The secondary bedroom is perfect for a child, teen or solo traveler amongst friends. It features comfortable linens, a ceiling fan and air conditioning. All you need to rest before beginning another adventurous day! Bedroom #3 - 2 Single Beds (Or 1 King size Bed), Chest of Drawers, In Suite Bathroom This mini master is perfect for children or friends and can even be outfitted for another couple vacationing with the group - re arranging the beds as a king. It features plenty of storage, an in suite bathroom and air conditioning. Living Room - The sofa can be pushed back for an air mattress to accommodate a 6th guest (Air Mattress and Linen rental is available for $25 per week - please see host for details). The Kitchen - Everything you'll need to cook and dine in is included with your stay! Laundry facilities are on site - but once weekly complementary maid service is available on all 7+ day rentals. The Pool - The pool is shared amongst other guests in the community, but is never very busy. It is open from 7am - 7pm. Please feel free to play soft music or bring snacks and drinks, but no glass or bottles! Parking is available free of charge on site.
