'Colorino Homestay' - relax in the Swan Valley

Our totally private area, including your own outdoor seating area to relax in, day or night, is perfect for spending time in comfort. You have a spacious, two-bedroom living area with cooking facilities, lounge, dining area, air con, TV, Wifi and room to move around and relax. You have access to our washing machine any time you need it, no charge. We live next door, under the same roof and are available to help in any way we can. Jim. You have an independent entry at any time, and enter using a key-lock, but we, Jim and Elaine, will usually be available to welcome you. However our place is not for everyone. If you need to let your hair down and let off some steam (noisily) this is not the place for you. We respect the right of our neighbours over the fence to have mimimal impact on their backyard lifestyle. Your space, inside and out, is totally private. The only thing we share is a roof, wifi and a washing machine which you are welcome to use. We have a clothes airer which we ask you to use to dry your clothes in warm weather. We are usually available most times of the day and always by phone. The Swan Valley has many vineyards, restaurants and a native animal park at Whiteman Park, a 10-minute drive from us. Bus route 340 is available 100 metres from our doorstop and it has you at Bassendean Railway Station in about 10 minutes. We are a 5 minute drive from the Guildford Railway Station and a 20 minute drive from Perth International Airport. Again if you are planning a boisterous get together with friends our venue will not suit. Our backyard is a quiet space, perfect for a glass of wine, coffee and a quiet ambience.
