Mill Park home away from Home...

$245 per room for 1 person an extra person is $25.00 per night. My home has recently been painted along with new carpet in each room. Large shared Bathrooms also recently updated. I have 2 rooms with Double Beds, suitable for couples... Each room has a large wardrobe, bedside table, desk and lamp for students to study. Street parking is available. Bond is $300 which will be returned when you vacate providing there is not damage etc... I like to have a chat and a wine or 2 but I do like my privacy and I will respect yours. Shared Kitchen and Meals area. Shared Bathroom downstairs and Upstairs I am in a very peaceful court. My home is walking distance to Bus and Tram services. The South Morang Train Station is a short bus ride. Around 25 minutes walking distance to RMIT Bundoora Campus. Depending on traffic it’s approximately 30 minutes by public transport to Latrobe University Bundoora. The train from South Morang Station to Flinders Street Station (Melbourne City) is approximately 40minutes. Stables Shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk; Westfield Shopping Centre is only a 10 minute bus ride away. Buses also go to Northland and Greensborough Shopping Centre’s. I have 2 friendly female dogs that are 90% inside.... they love cuddles and attention.
