"Little Retreat"

Modern one bedroom apartment on Lake Legana with a large quirky rustic garden on to the water including a beach shack Little Retreat is unique to Patterson Lakes and there is nothing to compare in the whole of Victoria. From your private entrance through sliding doors into your large lounge/kitchenette. There is a large bedroom plus a full bathroom with spa bath and a separate toilet. Outside there are 4 different areas to relax including a hammock and a fabulous viewing spot in the beach shack to watch the pelicans and ducks swim past. Also row the canoe or jump in the fresh water lake to cool off. Go for a bike ride on lots of safe tracks in the area, we are on the Peninsula Link Trail and not far from the beach where you can take in stunning sunsets!!!! There are also 25 restaurants and takeaways just over the bridge within walking distance Bikes, canoe, wifi, foxtel, reverse air conditioner, spa bath, 2 covered outside patios, beach shack We love to interact with our guests but equally respect their privacy. We are under the same roofline, however our guests have their separate area and privacy. We are available to check you in and out and help in any way we can. It is truly a special area which is not available anywhere else in Victoria. The freshwater Lake is purely for recreational use for private residents ie for swimming, paddle boarding etc. It is also a lovely walk around the entire lake. Within 500 metres there is also a bike/walking track direct to the beach running parallel with Patterson River. A comprehensive shopping centre is also only 5-10 min walk away. We are not far off the Thompson Rd exit of Eastlink. There is a bus stop at the end of the street which can take you to Carrum Station or further down the Peninsula. We are also willing to pick up guests from the Station by arrangement. Easy access by car to Peninsula Link through to Portsea, Phillip Island, The Dandenongs, Eastlink to Yarra Glen or Nepean Highway to the City. Take your choice. We are approximately 1 hr (non peak hr) from Tullamarine Airport.
