The house is a near new modern home decorated tastefully inside. The kitchen and living spaces are large open plan with plenty of natural light. Outside there is an outdoor table setting as well as pool chairs for relaxing. Some fridge space available for guest use. Milk, tea, coffee provided. The house is a large 4 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas so you can have as much privacy as you like. Only myself and my gorgeous little Cavoodle Maya live in the home. If you’re a dog lover I can guarantee lots of licks and cuddles if you want them :) Large kitchen area and laundry available for guest use if required All common areas are free to be used but will be shared with myself. I can make a TV available in your room if requested. I’m very social and happy to interact with guests if I’m around. Of course also happy to answer any questions via phone or text if you have any. The house is in a great location close to shops and amenities within short walking distance. Bus to the city or Chatswood is only a 5 minute walk away. There are some great running / walking paved and bush tracks nearby for those keen to explore. Leisure center with pool & gym only a short stroll. Plenty of all-day street parking available. Public transport to city, chatswood or balmoral beach only a short walk away. Plenty of Ubers readily available on request
