Beautiful, cozy guesthouse overlooking the Allegany River. This guesthouse sleeps 4 people , has a gorgeous spiral staircase, a custom hand carved sink in bathroom. The guesthouse is separate from the main house (see other Airbnb posting to rent main house). Has a small refrigerator for beverages. Many restaurants are within a short driving distance for your dining pleasure. Use of the campfire or outdoor grill to cook. Enjoy a laid back atmosphere on the river. Also great for fall & winter. Space includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. No kitchen is included in the guesthouse. However, if you have a large party and rent the main house (see listing) as well, a full kitchen is available in the main house. 2 parking spaces are available on the street next to the garage. You can expect peace and privacy. Bring clothing, food and beverages because all else is provided (linens, sheets, towels, toiletries etc). This guesthouse is warm, cozy and comfortable. Access to kayaks and canoe are AT YOUR OWN RISK. Fishing poles are provided as well as a fire ring behind the main house. There are 2 picnic tables available next to the river for outdoor dining and enjoying the assets of mother nature. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and get back in touch with nature at this gorgeous waterfront property. Access to guest house. Does not include access to garage, or main house. If you need kitchen facilities, please book the main house in addition to this guesthouse. We will be giving you the peace and privacy that you expect, however, if any issues arise, we are available and are just a short distance away. We are available to answer questions you may have about the property at any time. This is a private community along the Allegany River just down from the Kinzua Dam. There are plenty of places to put in a kayak or canoe along the river. Also the drive the Kinzua Dam is a peaceful drive with many small waterfalls and large rocks to admire. The city of Warren has many small shops and is a quaint community. There are Amish communities with small shops, antiquing opportunities, ice cream shops, Allegany Outfitters is nearby for canoe, kayaking or sporting equipment. The Kinzua Skywalk is closeby (20 minutes drive), in addition to skiing resorts, fly fishing, mountain biking, ATV trails, walking trails, hunting, backpacking, Jakes Rock hiking trail, waterfalls, bird watching (bald eagles), snowmobiling, movie house, local seasonal fairs and festivals, fall foliage drives, farmers markets, microbreweries, maple sugar festivals and numerous other local treasures. no public transportation Kayaks are available, lifejackets and paddles too! Well behaved, house-broken and non-furniture chewing dogs are welcome. There is a $17/night/dog fee to cover the increased cleaning costs.
