A cosy, warm and inviting 3 Bed cottage (sleeps 6) set in 8 Acres of land with private parking. This village location is ideal for exploring the area, only 7 miles from Truro, 2 miles from St Agnes and 3 miles from Perranporth. A number of coastal footpath walks can be accessed from the cottage. The local village pub ' The Miners Arms' is within walking distance and welcomes dogs. Dogs are welcome and the fields attached to the cottage can be accessed by guests. The cottage lends itself to a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy the whole cottage, light the open fire and relax. The field to the rear of the cottage is enclosed, safe for dogs and able to be accessed by guests. The relaxing footpath walks are easy to access and it is a great walk from the cottage to Trevaunance Cove, and on to either St Agnes or Perranporth. The village pub at Mithian is within walking distance, serves great food, local beers and is dog friendly. As hosts we are situated in the attaching cottage. We wish guests to be able to relax and unwind therefore are available if required and more than happy to help. This location is great, the cottage is rural with private parking. It is very quiet and peaceful however it only takes 10 mins to drive to St Agnes & Perranporth or 20 mins to drive to Truro. A great getaway that you can use as a quiet base and choose when to dip in and out of activity.
