Self contained 1 Bedroom unit with ensuite

Our unit is ideal for the recent self CO-VID 19 ( corona) isolation ruling as it is acompletely self contained, fully furnished unit (with private entrance) , one comfy (queen bed) bedroom, plus en-suite ( no bath) Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, plus small under cover patio area & bbq. I work 3 days a week in my Salon next door, this is in the description, but I popped it here also, so it's not missed . I have only ever had 1 complaint about noise. We are located in a beautiful, quiet suburb 20 mins train/ car journey from Perth CBD. Local shops are 5/10 minute walk away for all general provisions. For those without transport we have a good size shopping trolley bag on wheels. We have our local pub, The Woodvale Tavern ,which is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. There is a great cafe called Avoka ( lovely coffee) in the same area as the pub. Avoka also has a license. Visitors are spoilt for choice; shop, eat and play at Hillary's Boat Harbour(15 minute drive), explore 17 kms of pristine coastline, including the lovely Mullaloo Beach( 15 minute drive), enjoy championship golf facilities, discover nature on walking trails, splash around at the water playground, or indulge in numerous retail outlets. Award-Winning HILLARY'S BOAT HARBOUR is only a 15 minute drive away, incorporating the SORRENTO QUAY boardwalks with a variety of clothes, art, souvenir, gift and jewellery outlets and numerous family friendly places to eat. Hillary's also hosts AQWA: THE AQUARIUM OF WESTERN AUSTRALIA, boasting the largest aquarium and underwater glass tunnel in Australia. Burn off excess energy at the GREAT ESCAPE LEISURE PARK, a family-friendly water park with thrilling tube rides. After a day of activity, enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the bars, cafes, or award winning restaurants, whilst taking in the sunset harbour views. For nature lovers there are walking trails with abundant native flora and Australian wildlife. LAKE JOONDALUP, circuits you through the native bushland of YELLANGONGA REGIONAL PARK. Look out for long-necked turtles, kangaroos and black cockatoos. For the golf lover in you, visit JOONDALUP GOLF RESORT, only 15 minutes drive away. It is home to a 27 hole championship golf course where you may also spot the odd kangaroo. LAKESIDE SHOPPING CITY is only 10 minutes drive away. It is the only retail centre in WA directly connected to Perth's centre by rail and is the biggest shopping centre in WA with over 300 retailers. The centre includes restaurants, cafes, take-away outlets and a cinema complex. Outside, JOONDALUP CITY CENTRE offers more restaurants, cafes and independent retails. We have some beautiful walks locally too. Local shops and some lovely restaurants our favourite local eateries are The Woodvale Tavern , Avoka licensed cafe and Larry's Unique Thai are all equally delicious! We have bus stops 5 mins walk away, with regular services and Whitfords train station 15 mins walk away with trains every 15 mins to the CBD. We are friendly, easy to get on with, helpful family and we will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we possibly can.:) anything you need?,...feel free to ask.
