It features the following: PS 4, Netflix and Free WIFI Desk/work station 42" Smart TV Bluetooth speakers to connect to your smart phone Remote-controlled air conditioning Equipped with refrigerator, induction stove and cookware, microwave oven, rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, set of tableware (for four) for light cooking. Separate toilet with bidet, shower with hot water heater, free toiletries: soap, shampoo and tissues Set of towels blankets (for four), fresh bed linens A double sized bed, Trundle beds. Space for two more floor mattresses. There is a maximum occupancy for each of our rooms. This unit is for 7 pax maximum .However we are operating on 50% capacity as per LGU rule due to COVID. Only 3 guests allowed All guests over the age of 2 years old are counted as adults. *** The price of the room covers 2 guests. If over 2 guests, each extra guest will be charged a P 500. We can provide bed linens and towels for up to 4 guests. Extra linens are available for a fee. Access to our Building: Check In / Out Time: Check-in time is from 3 PM to 6 PM. Should your arrival be delayed unavoidably, do let us know in advance. We can arrange self-check in for you. Check out is strictly at 1 PM We need enough time to clean the unit for the next guest. We will welcome you personally upon checking in to hand over the keys and to provide you with an orientation of the facility. Reminder: P 1,000 shall be charged for lost keys. House Cooking Rules: Cooking in the unit: You may request an induction stove upon depositing Pesos 1000 once you check in. You may use the stove to boil, steam and reheat your food. NO FRYING OR GRILLING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. If the unit smells of cooking odors upon your departure, we will keep the P2000 as extra cleaning charges. We always want our rooms to smell fresh for you and the next guests. After using the kitchen, please wash all the dishes and kitchenware. Throw your garbage in the garbage chute ( near 2319 ). A garbage chute is provided for every floor PS4 : Please handle the game disks and PS4 machine carefully. Any damage( such as scratches or loss ) to disks or the machine will be charged to your account Remember the disks are very costly, (around P2500+ each) Use of Swimming Pool Amenities: All our guests have free access Swimming Pool hours : 6 am till 10 pm On a first-comes, first-served basis up the a maximum of 50 persons at a time. Just across the street is a new McDonald's. The Cityland complex is just steps away from the epicenter of Tagaytay: the Olivarez commercial center, Ayala Mall (Serin), and the brand new FORA Mall. The Metro Hyper-market in the Fora Mall and more restaurants are also a few minutes walk away. We will provide a list of these places for you in the condo. Getting around: best way to get around town is in the Indian tuk tuks which are plentiful. Guests are required to sign Health Declaration Form upon arrival. 6. Swimming pool is currently off-limits. 7. Rooftop viewing deck is open from 6-10am and 4-8pm.
