Also included are full place settings (porcelain plates and stainless steel utensils) for 6 people along plus other amenities such as: instant coffee, tea, electric kettle, toaster, can/bottle opener, paper towels & napkins, paring knife, soap dispensing brush and more. Everything you would need for light in room cooking and enjoying take-home meals. Plus the space has water views and is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Finally we have a perfect 5 star rating and are a long standing superhost. In addition to the suite you have access to the shared workout room. There is no guest access to the kitchen, or other rooms of the home, unless otherwise included in the description or photos of the space. The suite is located on the home's second floor and accessed through the main (shared) front door and (shared) stairway to the second floor. The nightly rate for guests, that are not included in the Airbnb reservation, is $50/ night pp. Only the Airbnb registered user and listed guests will be welcome. We have had bad experiences when an Airbnb user rents on behalf of another person and does not occupy the suite. Our home is on the edge of a tidal creek and nature preserve with public walking trails and an abundance of natural wildlife including egrets, swans, turkeys and deer. Very near Metro-North railroad station (20min walk) with quick ride to NYC (30-40min). Free train station parking on the weekends and evenings. Any damage caused during your stay by you, members of your party or your guests will be full responsibility of the guest who made the Airbnb reservation at the actual cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item. There is no limit to the cost that will be incurred by such damage. Up to two visitors, of paying Airbnb guests, are allowed on the property or in the house. All visitors of Airbnb guests must leave by 10PM (no exceptions). Check-in after 11PM is not available except in the case of emergency (flight delay or the like) and must be pre arranged with the host.
