Durham River Cottage (Pooch Friendly)

Durham Lead is 5 mins from Buninyong Township and approx 15-20mins from Sovereign Hill and Ballarat. An 80's style compact cottage is freshly painted and refurbished. Located on approx 1 acre of gardens including fruit trees and veggie garden. Plenty of space for parking onsite. We are happy for you to bring your pet, with prior arrangement pls. Check out on your last day is 2pm for a leisurely departure :) Fire pit and BBQ available. Max 6 people on site pls. The cottage has been freshly painted throughout. Kitchen has all of the basic equipment required for up to 6 people. Tank water is used and has filtration in the kitchen for fresh water so you can drink straight from the tap. Septic system in use. A BBQ , separate fire pit and outdoor furniture are available for your use We supply Towels & Sheets, milk and tea & some coffee pods to start your stay. Should you wish to bring your furry friend please share your dog type and size prior to booking. max 2 animals. You will have approx 1 acre of space around Durham River cottage for your exclusive use. An adjoining 6 acres is available to you for walks and exploring. We are available by phone and only minutes from the property should you require assistance. 5 mins from Buniyong Township Whilst at Durham River Cottage you will have the house and 1 acre yard to yourself during your stay for your exclusive use. The surrounding 6 acres is a hobby farm. During hot weather a gardener may come to the house block to water to the gardens. They will knock and let you know they are on site. A dam adjoins the house block in addition to native animals frequenting the location, such as kangaroos, echidnas etc.
