Bring your Boat, Jet Ski, Canoe or Kayak and enjoy the beauty on Lake Weir. We are walking distance to Gator Joe's Restaurant, 3 miles to Carney Island & 7 miles to Eaton's Beach Restaurant. Stay with us and enjoy home away from home! No Pets, however, kennels & pet care are in the area. No large gatherings on the property. Guests have private access to the entire living space of the home. Guests can park on the yard. I am available during your stay Close to the Villages, Belleview & Ocala Florida Park on the grass on the property Security deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200 Additional Rules We keep a clean home and are sure you will appreciate your comfortable (& clean) stay. Incidental Fee: If smoking occurs indoors a cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed to the guest. If the property is left unsightly, smoked in, unclean, or damaged, the guest will be responsible for the maximum allowed fee not to be less than $200. We have never had to charge for any incidentals and are very easy to work with.
