Maarssendorp, cozy house

The house is near the village center and you can park your car for free right on the other side of the house. A beautifull park is 150 feet away. There is a supermarket 50 m. behind the house & Public transport within 2 min. walking. You will enjoy the place because of the cosiness and the complete interior that provides all comfort. The space is suitable for couples, business travelers and a family with one child, possibly two children if they can sleep together. Our house is just like home, bright and cozy. There is a nice corner sofa where you can sit or lie down. Furthermore, it is fully equipped. In addition, the village itself is very cozy. The nature in which our house is located is beautiful. You can enjoy walking or cycling. You have access to everything except a small room upstairs, the basement closet and the shed. Normaly I like to personally meet my guests as soon as they arrive. In that way I can show them the house a little bit more. Now it is possible to enter the house with a key. After that, contact is limited except if there are questions or other matters on their part. In front of the house there is a large (free) parkingspace for your car. One can enjoy walking in the park or cycling along the 'Vecht'. There is also a possibility to rent a boat. In the neighbourhood are shops to do your shopping. 50 mtrs from the house is a supermarket. In the same street, 50 meters away, the bus can be taken to Maarssen station or Utrecht centraal. Maarssen station is also only 15 minutes away on feet. From here on you can go to the main station Utrecht, Amsterdam or other places. When the guests are in the house more than 4 days, we would appreciate it if our plants get some water. Also the plants outside if it doesn't rain... There is a water container in our small garden form wich you can take the water.
