Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house. Within walking distance, Lagny-Sur-Marne is a very pleasant town over the river Marne. It has many shops and a beautiful market three times a week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday mornings. The cultural park of Rentilly offering many events is 10 minutes by car or bus, the cinema in Lagny is within 10 minutes walk. Eurodisney is accessible by bus (20min) from the Lagny / Thorigny train station. If you want to go to Paris, this station has trains every 30 min that take you to the centre of Paris (Gare de l'Est) in 20 min. 5 minutes walk from Lagny-Thorigny train station. Centre of Paris by train every 1/2 hour (20 min). Eurodisney or Marne-la-Vallée TGV train station: 20 min. Buses for Eurodisney or TGV from the train station
