Lovely double bedroom & ensuite on South Downs Way

Here is our lovely flint cottage, literally on the South Downs Way (the footpath runs along the bottom of the garden). Surrounded by gorgeous landscapes, and a couple of miles from the sea at Cuckmere Haven. Litlington is a small village but boasts a gastro pub, a tea rooms and a brewery. Please note, we are not currently offering the optional extra of breakfast, but there are cafés nearby. As is common in properties like this the ceilings are low... Bedroom with ensuite bathroom The ensuite bathroom has a bath not a shower, but you can use the wetroom with shower by arrangement. A light breakfast is served in the dining room. We will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay, but will be on hand if you need anything Gorgeous landscapes with walking, sea and kayaking nearby. Nearest stations at Berwick, Polegate and Seaford. Taxis from Polegate are around £15. Buses from Exceat (about 2 miles way) go to Brighton and Eastbourne. The cottage has low ceilings and beams so may not be suitable for those over 6 ft and anyone over 5 ft 10 needs to take care!
