Our cozy lake house is the little house with a big feel. With 3 bedrooms and a loft (loft not suitable for adults) there is plenty of sleeping arrangements. Living area is spacious and comfortable! Screened in porch for 3 season dining, plenty of space for entertainment. Outdoor grilling is a must! Private driveway as well as private access to lake. Laundry on premises. Owners available by phone and text. Can be present if needed. Small neighborhood with some rental homes as well as full time residents. House includes use of: 3 one person kayaks Canoe Stand up paddle board
