Several acres are virgin timber, with ancient, massive trees, and a trail that goes around a pond and through the trees. Wildlife is everywhere, with a lot of deer, coyote, fox, birds, rabbits, etc. The home is a unique mid-century-modern design built in 1964. It is in almost perfect condition, like a time capsule. You will have full access to the common areas and kitchen.
