I am offering a guest room with share bathroom, that amenity sleeps up 2 people. I live in the flat with my son in our own bedrooms with our friendly two maltese dogs. Flat also have good size kitchen\dinning area. You will get to the center in 30 min with public transport or much quicker with own car as we are located near to motorway access and Edinburgh airport placed 10 min away. There is selection of local shops and 3D cinema. Clean beds, fresh towels, high quality bathroom, access to kitchen, space in fridge and cupboards if required. Gas central heating, and I'm providing blankets, just in case. Guest will have an access to their cozy room, kitchen\dinning area of a really good size, modern high standard bathroom. I respect my guest privacy but also my own one so living room is accessible if I am away or after previous arranging with me. I live in the flat and happy to help if I'm around but I'm an active person, traveling a lot so often not there at all. The local area are very peaceful and friendly with 10 minutes walk to local shopping center and Odeon cinema with 2D, 3D, iSense and pitch - perfect dolby surround screening and reclines seats. One of the best, most comfortable and luxury cinema in Scotland.
