Loft conversion with ensuite

Our house is a 1930s 3 story mid terrace located in North East Warrington. On offer is a loft conversion with ensuite and a rear facing window. We are just 5 minutes off the M62 and M6 as well as 5 minutes walk from Padgate Station Modern and Minimal - self contained bedroom and ensuite on the top floor. It has a comfy double bed, bedside draws, plenty of double plug sockets, ensuite bathroom which consists of toilet, sink, and shower. Also there is space for a double air bed which we can provide for any extra guests. We enjoy meeting new people. Our road is quiet in terms of cars as it is not a through road but busy in terms of people because of the station. At the South end you have Padgate Station itself which has an award winning chippy in it called the "Plaice Station" get It!? Haha Also on the road there is a Chinese restaurant, a Chinese takeaway, 2 pubs, a Co Op, a newsagents, a bakery and a chemist. Other than that there are a couple of nice parks / green areas near by for walks and jogs and if your into shopping we are just 25 drive minutes drive from the Trafford centre. Padgate Station is just 5 minutes walk away at the end of our road which can take you into Manchester or Liverpool. (About 30 minutes journey for either city) - However, trains do not stop or depart from Padgate on Sundays. The next nearest station is Warrington Central or Birchwood. You can then arrive by bus or taxi. Also we are 5 minutes drive from both the M6 and the M62 and have regular buses stop at the top of our road which can take you into Warrington.
