Cupola Hill -a 2 BR guest suite with bucolic views

Beautiful 2 bedroom guest suite attached to main house with separate entrance, bathroom, living room. Set on magnificent 20 acre estate, perfect country get away, only 15 minutes to Yale and downtown New Haven. It’s the best of both worlds! Come enjoy the great restaurants of New Haven and then head to Cupola Hill for an evening in the country! Have a glass of wine under the stars and watch the wildlife! Our guest suite is attached to the main house with a separate entrance. The property is private, bucolic and quiet, yet easily accessible to New Haven, Yale, and great restaurants within minutes. It's the best of both worlds while visiting the area! There is parking across from the barn. Please drive 3/4 of the way around the circular driveway and you will find the parking pad there with enough room for 2 vehicles. There is a lit walkway leading to a screened porch and private entrance to the apartment. We generally leave the guests to their privacy. We are available by phone, text and e-mail should the need arise. We are happy to help! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more perfect! We are located in a beautiful sub-rural neighborhood of distinctive homes. It is private and quiet yet within minutes of New Haven, museums, great restaurants and the best pizza ever! Because we are in a secluded spot, cars, bikes or Uber works best. Oversized vehicles such as RVs and boats can be accommodated for an additional $25/night. The fenced in backyard is considered private family space and we respectfully ask that guests honor this house rule. The fence behind the barn is an electric fence. It is clearly marked and in an area that guests don’t have access to- however, please keep this in mind if you mistakenly wander behind the barn. However, if you are celebrating a special day and would like to take pictures in the gardens or antique cupola, please let us know! It can be arranged! PLEASE NOTE: the kitchen is a "courtesy" kitchenette. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine with a wide range of coffees and expresses, tea pot, teas and creamer. There are both disposable and standard coffee cups, plates and utensils. Use whatever suits you. There is no oven or cooktop for traditional cooking. Please feel free to eat the snacks we provide. They are there for you! Take any magazines you are reading. They are there for you! Please note that each person, regardless of age, including children under the age of two, will be counted as a guest.
