Local amenities include post office, coffee shop, chemist, convenience store, takeaways within walking distance. Local train station 10 minutes drive.Bus route to Bristol city centre.Main hospital 20 minutes drive.Close to M4/5 corridor. Gateway to southwest England and south Wales. Short drive/ cycle ride to UWE, MOD & Aztec west Microwave facility but unfortunately no other cooking facility available Available as much or as little as needed Peaceful walks and beautiful duck pond Lovely, well behaved, low moult dogs live at the property Please note there is use of a microwave but NO COOKING FACILITIES As a family home we appreciate your understanding of the importance of quiet time and value noise levels to be a minimum around 9pm, including raised voice telephone conversation.
