Located in beautiful WV just 0.02 miles off Rt19. 8 miles S of New River Gorge National River, where you will find endless hills of hiking trails, biking, rock climbing, white water rafting, kayaking, zip lining, water parks and much more outdoor adventure. 1/2 hour drive to Winterplace Ski resort. The many little towns surrounding the adventures have wonderful local stores and restaurants as well as the many local breweries arising in the community. Lovely rural community with adventure ⛰🌊🍻🍄🍕🍁❤️ Rustic Cabin located on Green Acres Campground. Cozy little nook. Perfect for couples or small families. Pets are welcomed but must be approved. Pet fees apply. Primitive space with kitchenette and dinning area. Cabin has electric, heat and air. ***there is no running water in cabin*** This listing is located on a campground. We require photo IDs for all adult guest. *Guest must bring own linens and pillows. These are not provided in the cabin. *This is a primitive cabin. There is no running water or bathroom in cabin. Guest must use restrooms located in the church on the property. *Newly renovated* During the winter months the restrooms are turned off. Guest must use port-o-John. *Do not disturb renters in the main house with questions about the property as they are renters as well and do not know answers. Please call or text me directly with questions. ***GPS INSTRUCTIONS**** If your GPS takes you to Sanger road. Turn around. Take a right on Legends hwy. We are the next driveway on the right. Next to Lee’s Carpet. Wooden fence. Red gate. We also offer kayak rentals for $25 a day. Just ask for details Guest have access to lawn area within the campground. Access to port o John located on the campground. Gated entrance. Occasionally or as much as needed. Next door to Lee’s Carpet There may be land and building improvements on the property during daylight hours. This is to help with progress of the upcoming Green Acres Campground and cabins. There may also be tents/campers on the 5 acres with over night guest. Tent and camper guest have no access to the main house. Pet fee $10 We have firewood available for $15 per wheel barrel. IF FIRES ARE LEFT ACTIVE AND UNATTENDED YOU WILL BE FINED UP TO $500.00 No lit fireworks on the premises.
