Im American.. not Egyptian The view from this 9th floor flat overlooks a well kept garden area. There's a 24 hour gym under the next building that allows 1 day free access and a few blocks away, there's a famous bakery/ice cream shop that sells the best authentic egyptian desserts around. cabs are widely accessible and "central el maza" is 2 blocks away from the flat and has a wide variety of buses that frequently stop there before i rent to anyone, i need to hear from you. just a brief chat via phone or sk7pe. all the rooms and dining areas are western style hardwood flooring which is much more susceptible to damage than the typical vinyl & marble flooring, because of this, there's a pricey ($150) security deposit mainly to discourage the riff raff, the miscreants, and any lazy smokers from lighting one up in this precious room, instead of taking it to the balcony ;)
