Welcome to the Hürbel Castle! This charming 1-bedroom apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom has a beautiful view of the garden and church. Access to balcony and 30.000m2 of green space (shared with other palace residents). Quiet neighborhood and a perfect place to enjoy nature and baroque architecture. The palace is fully modernized and repaired on the inside but outside there is still work to be done. The owners are doing their best to bring this beautiful baroque palace back to its splendor. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. Our heating works VERY well so no concerns about being cold. Also, the Palace has very large windows that give plenty of light. :) Hosts are available 24/7 at the place. Supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, and cafes are only 5km away, in Ochsenhausen (access by car). About 1h driving to the Alps and 50min to Bodensee (Lake Constance). Hürbel is a quiet village and a perfect stay if you are looking for idyllic landscapes, and contact with nature. The palace is originally from the 16th century and has been completely restored since 2014. Public transportation is very restricted to few bus lines. Best accessibility by car (free parking inside the palace area). This private apartment is inside the palace. It consists of 1 sleeping room, kitchen, and bathroom, with a total of about 60m2. The palace is a historical building and the room´s ceiling is protected by the national monument heritage. IMPORTANT! The church is next to the palace and the bells ring daily from 6 am to 10 pm. With the windows closed, noise is reduced, however, it can still be heard. In the green external area (30.000m2) there are horses and sheep in a fenced area. Access to the green area is allowed and it is possible to have a picnic (informing the host in advance).
