Dog friendly and ideally positioned for long quiet walks in the countryside or a short walk to the beach and surroundings of Whiting Bay. Rose Cottage has been architecturally designed inside and has stone walls and wooden beams and is protected inside and out by historic Scotland. Further into the village is the post office, chemist and cafes as well as the walk up Glenashdale Falls and the Giants Graves There is a regular bus service which links up with ferry times , a few local taxi services but walking and cycling are the best ways to be able to explore the area Key box access outside the front door.
