Our house is an old 18th century building that has been renovating itself since then. It's a family house with a decoration inspired in a south african environment, because of our years as immigrants there. It has a very cosy atmosphere, where you can envoy your vacations living in an old house, while having privacy and free access. We are at a 3 minutes walk distance from Mata Nacional do Buraco, where you can enter this marvelous and magical place. We would be very pleased to welcome you. This 18th century house os full of history, since it was a place where the owner lived and used as a place to store the carriages and horses of the transportation company that he owned. Now transformed into an amazing big house, it has 10 rooms, each with a private wc, so everyone can enjoy their space with privacy, while having the liberty to share common spaces. Every guest have a private bathroom in their room, so they can have their own privacy. The other spaces of the house usually are only used for breakfast, it intended, although if you ask you can use our kitchen during your stay. We are very near to two train stations (Luso-Buçaco and Mealhada), and with a distance of one our travel to OPORTO Airport. Also you can visit a lot of places in the centre of Portugal like Coimbra (30km) and Aveiro (35km), being able to go from a natural visit in Bussaco, to a city with more than 700 years old university full of history and tradition in Coimbra, or to our portuguese Venice in Aveiro. A place full of wonder to discover.
