Double room private bathroom with wonderful views

This lovely spacious room with wash basin has a new private bathroom for your use only. The house is 1 mile to Combe Martin, 4 miles to Ilfracombe, 0.5 miles to the coastal path with close proximity to Exmoor & long sandy beaches. It is a 3 min walk to the Olde Worlde Pub in the picturesque village of Berrynarbor which also boasts an excellent village shop run by volunteers. Croissants & fresh fruit are provided with ground & instant coffee, teas, fruit & an oven for heating your croissants. Guests can use the off road parking and the terrace to enjoy the views. Apart from your room, you will have access to our dining room for breakfast . You can also sit on the terrace and enjoy the amazing views. I will do everything I can to make your stay enjoyable and to help you with directions and suggestions of places to visit. The village is nestled partway down a pretty valley. The houses in the village centre are all painted white. Some of them sport flower pot men in various costumes! The area is ideal for walkers with easy access to Exmoor and the coastal Path ( only half a mile away). Several stunning walks are accessible directly from the house. For surfers, There are several popular long sandy beaches within 20 mins drive where top class competitions take place. 2 pubs in Berrynarbor cater for meals as does The Sandy Cove Hotel which has spectacular views of the sea. A choice of restaurants to suit everyone are available in Combe Martin and Ilfracombe from a michelin star restaurant to a better Weatherspoons and several takeaways. After a 5/6 minute walk, there is a bus stop with buses running every half hour to Combe Martin, Ilfracombe and beyond. Please note that your bathroom is not en suite but is close to your room. I have 2 very friendly cats.
