Schnufa - right on the Village lake

A warm welcome - located directly near to the center, quiet and idyllic on the village lake. "Schnufa" - means just breathe deeply. When you arrive, the first thing to do is to go out on the balcony and enjoy the view and take a deep breath of the Warther mountain air. The alpine dairy, the village store as well as the post office, bank and tourist office and the bus station for the skiing/hiking bus are within 5 minutes walking distance. Parking spaces are available. Best regards . Ute This flat is located in first built apartment house of Warth. The living-dining area is ideal for families with 4 - 5 persons. The additionally glazed balcony offers cosy protection even in the evening hours. The view to the small village pond invites you to chill. A general ski depot - as well as table tennis room is located on the ground floor. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. The sleeping accommodation in the living room is a good pull-out couch for 2 persons. Please note the permanent winter closure between Lech and Warth on your arrival. I will be happy to assist you with personal tips at any time. I will gladly send you the latest "Things to do" shortly before your arrival. Warth is a charming village at the hub of the Arlberg. The direct access to the largest ski area in Austria makes the location something very special. Freeriders, families but also nature lovers get their money's worth. The Warther Sennerei processes the local milk 365 days a year and with its butter, yoghurt, cheese and also sausages a wonderful addition to our village store. During the winter time we have an own bakery in Warth where you can make direct orders the evening before The ski and village bus stops 5 minutes away at the village square (Warth Downtown). This can be reached (slightly uphill) very easily. In the house Hochtannberg there is an extra room with a table tennis table. Directly from the house, there are very beautiful winter hiking trails - at the village pond up to the forest "Höhi" or the newly created and daily prepared routes to the Steffisalp and further.
