Near Amsterdam, suite with balcony, garden & pool!

You can stay with us in a nice house, peaceful and spacious. The 3 Airbnb rooms are on the 1st floor just like the big bathroom and kitchen, to share with other airbnb guests. House and garden is spacious and close to busstation, supermarket, train station, park, highway and Amsterdam. You will enjoy the space, quiet, peaceful, big garden, swimming pool (during season). Coffee and tea free. Also Smart TV and wifi. You can also rent all 3 rooms (see other advertisement appartement in villa). This room (20m2) has a king size bed and a two relax chairs. It has also direct acces to a big balcony situated on the south. Three beautiful bedrooms, one bathroom (with shower and bath) and complete kitchen on the first floor in a modern villa positioned in a green and quit area only 20 min by car to Amsterdam. The kitchen has a microwave/oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, watercooker and fridge. We have a big pool and garden with several lounge and eating areas. In the kitchen (for all airbnb guests to use) is a smart TV with Netflix and internet is available. It is possible to place an extra bed or babybed. We all share the hallways together. I live on the ground and second floor. You can also book a painting or sculpturing workshop with me in my painters studio. You enter the house through the shared front door. The first floor is where the Airbnb rooms are. It has one bathroom, one separate toilet and kitchen. You can also use the pool in the garden. We all share the hallways. The neighborhood is nice and quit. You can make nice walks from the house along the river and a small forrest. There is a small park behind the house with water that will lead you to the forrest. Almere has very beautiful nature, also world heritage "Oostvaarders plassen" where you can make nice bike rides. We have bike route maps for you. every year there a (inter)national fishing events at the water behind the house. Amsterdam is 31 km away from my house. The best way to get there is by train. Also if you come by plane Almere Buiten has a direct connection to the airport. Only 35 minutes (intercitytrain). Amsterdam is 30 to 39 minutes by train and bus depending if you travel day or night. Train station is 2km away from my house. You can walk to it or take the bus. The fastest way is take the bus M7 to Almere stad and there take the intercity train directly to Amsterdam. All together 30 minutes during day. Best way to travel is to buy a "Amsterdam &region travel" ticket. You can buy one for 1, 2 or 3 days. You can travel to all tourist places around Amsterdam. Read information below. If you want tickets let me know so I will try to get them before so you can start traveling the cheap way from the first day on. You can also buy them trough internet. You skip the lines and get 2/4 or 6 tickets to spent on a big variety of attractions. Do look for it on the internet site Amsterdam and holland pas, skip the line. You must really just enjoy this beautiful place and relax. Please keep the "appartement" clean and respect all the things in it. Good to know that we have cats. They are not aloud to go upstairs. They stay downstairs and outside. Please look at the house rules and make your stay a pleasant one for all of us.
