The accommodation comprises an open plan living dining area; modern fitted kitchen; garden room with desk, bike storage and weight training equipment; upstairs bathroom with over bath shower; dressing room with built in clothes storage and dual aspect double bedroom with blackout blinds. Outside there is a private patio area with picnic bench and steps leading to a pretty garden with summerhouse, further seating and fantastic views across the Iford valley and beyond. The garden gate of Walnut Cottage takes you directly onto a public footpath leading into Friary Woods.
