Charming Fronlake Cottage with beach

A place to have a vacation far away from everything apart from your partner. Private beach with pedalò. Very private and exclusive property. Nice also offseason. If you love being in contact with nature and are attracted by the idea of living right on the water, if you are looking for a romantic and private space where you can isolate yourself from all distractions, this is the ideal place for you. La Darsena is an old dockyard now renovated and converted into a charming stone cottage right on the lakeshore. The cottage has a nice and wide bedroom with a table and a small sofa. A fully furnished kitchen (coffee machine with free coffee pads) and a comfortable bathroom with a wide shower. If you have a baby we will give you a baby bed. Bose Soundsystem is there to listen to music from your iPod/iPhone .... Outside have a wide terrace to have sunbathe, eat, have BBQ waiting for your delicious grill. Private parking. Your holidays here will only be dictated by tranquillity, silence, and relax. You will be immersed in an almost exotic atmosphere where you can spend your days looking at the water with its swans and ducks, reading or swimming in one of the cleanest lakes of Italy (here motor-navigation is forbidden). Indeed, the estate has its private beach with pedalò, which you will only be sharing with the other guests. Events like lunch/dinner with friends - video/photo shooting - party - business events, etc are welcome but should be communicated to us and we will tell you the extra costs. Otherwise only the number of people in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. Even in winter, you are guaranteed a delightful experience: heated with a strong pellet stove, la Darsena turns into a warm and cozy nest from which to contemplate the lake and its beauty, even directly from your bed. Living immersed in the greenery may mean coming across some insects or animals. But do not worry, they are all completely harmless: they are just the proof that, over here, nature is truly untouched and uncontaminated!. With our help, you will discover the wonders of the area as if you live here, you will have all the support you may need and want, with the utmost respect for your privacy, to make your life easier and have fun as much as possible. Finding something interesting will be easy because this is a rich Italian region with a long history and it will be easy for you to find everything you can ask for. The only limit will be your fantasy. In the surroundings have many attractions: restaurants, museums, shopping .... but we are proud to say that our guests love to stay at home relaxing looking at the lake and the garden. By bike, it is a beautiful way to discover the Region. The bike is also a deep tradition of the people who live here. We have a golf club at 6 km (golf dei Laghi - green fee 40 euro) + at 10 km (golf Varese) + at 15 km (golf des Iles Borromèe) + at 17 km (golf Castelconturbia). Lago d'Orta is nice - Villa Panza in Varese is an interesting contemporary art Museum - Sasso del Ferro (Laveno) is an interesting spot with a great view - Eremo di Santa Caterina del Sasso is a nice monastery - great food is everywhere. 20 minutes far from Malpensa airport. 10 km away from the highway A8-Lakes (Sesto Calende). 11 km away from Sesto Calende railways station. A car is suggested to be independent and go around and you can rent one for not more than 30 euros/day. You can park your car inside the property. We do Vacation Rental for work. Our property is very large (about 20,000 square meters), we host 2 cottages + 2 apartments ensuring complete privacy for everyone. The beach is private and shared among guests.
