Quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful rural setting. Lots of walks on the Jurassic coast. Lovely pub/restaurant in the village. Otterton Mill is located in the village. Ladram Bay Holiday Park is accessible to property hirers. The whole house is available but the garden is currently under renovation and is not accessible to guests. However the small patio area directly through the conservatory doors is available for use. There is a property caretaker that resides in the village should any problems occur. The Kings Arms pub is 2 min walk from the property. The ancient but still working mill, set beside the river Otter, is 5 mins walk from the property . Bicton Park Gardens 2.2 miles from the village. Ladram Bay Holiday Park is 1 mile from the village and all areas of the park are available for use. Free access is walking but there are parking charges if driving. There is a local community run shop in the village in the village hall. Good selection and very close to the property.
