My place is close to St George hospital (500 metres), and walk to Brighton Le Sands Beach. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). The house includes 2 fully fenced courtyards off the living room and laundry room. The house is in the a complex of houses that includes a swimming pool which is free to use. Quiet position in a complex of houses. You have full and private use of the entire 3 bedroom house. Please note, there is no designated parking space included and there are a few free and unlimited parking spaces in the rear lane that the house backs onto, or if they are taken, there are free and unlimited street parking in nearby streets. Guests of this house have free access to the fully fenced pool located in the same complex. We are contactable by airbnb app, email, phone, sms, viber, and we chat, etc between 9am and 9pm 7 days a week and other times in case you booked early check-in or late check-in, or in case of urgent need. We meet you onsite and show you things you need to know in the apartment and provide you with required information such nearest supermarket, etc. The house is located in quiet position in a complex of houses with free swimming pool access. Walk to Brighton Le Sands beach. Close to St George hospital. Kogarah station is 15 minutes walk, St George hospital is 8 minute walk, and nearby beach is 20 minutes walk. Please note, there is no designated parking space, however there is free parking in nearby streets including unlimited free parking. Cot, high chair and stroller are available if required, additional charges apply. Wifi is unlimited and free. There is free parking in the rear lane behind the houses. Also plenty of free parking on the local streets if the above are not available (could be 5 minutes walk from the house). Please note, there is no designated parking space for this property. We are pet friendly and use some feather filled quilts and pillows so it may impact guests with allergies. We have strict no smoking policy inside the house, however, you are allowed to smoke in the outdoor areas but please dispose of your cigarette butts into the bin provided. The bins go out on Wednesday night to the letterbox area and must be brought back in on Thursday to the house.
