Tirionfa is a recently renovated (2018), 3 bedroom detached house with wonderful views of the Clwydian Range. Enjoy light and airy living spaces, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a lovely bathroom featuring a rainforest shower. There is ample off road parking for up to three cars and a separate, secure annex building which is perfect for the storage of bicycles, canoes, walking equipment etc. Ideal for couples or families wanting to stay in North Wales area. Tirionfa is located in the picturesque village of Dyserth and lies below the slopes of Moel Hiraddug; designated an area of outstanding natural beauty since 1985. Just a short walk to the local village shops where you will find an award winning butchers, farm shop with café selling local produce, post office and convenience store. A short stroll down the hill leads to a popular local attraction, the 70ft cascading Dyserth Waterfall and also a traditional real ale pub serving home cooked food. Tirionfa is less than 10 minutes drive from the popular seaside resort of Prestatyn, 25 minutes from the Victorian town of Llandudno, 35 minutes from the Roman City of Chester, 20 mins drive to Gwrych Castle the location for 2020 I’m a Celebrity and an hour to the Snowdonia National Park, Surf Snowdonia and Zipworld. The 8th Century Offa's Dyke path (Britain's longest ancient monument) is close by, together with a number of Cycling and Walking routes through beautiful countryside and along miles of coastline. The Dyserth to Prestatyn pathway is very close by with 2.5 miles of disused railway line popular with cyclists, walkers and runners and flanked by the National Trust owned Graig Fawr. You can can stop at the ‘Y Shed’ cafe for coffee and food, or ice cream and a look around the historical exhibition of mines and quarries.
