Cozy Room #1 in Historic Stephens City (off I-81)

Beautiful and quiet rooms located in the Historic Stephens City, off route I-81. Conveniently located 13 minutes from Winchester Medical Center, restaurants, gas stations, wineries, shopping mall, fitness centers, parks, etc. Guest rooms are located on the second floor. The rooms have closets and dressers for extra storage, nice open windows. We love to interact with our guests and make them feel at home, but we also do our best to respect their privacy. Anything the guest needs, we are more than happy to help. We are a super easy going and laid back family. My mom, Martha, loves to cook her delicious Colombian dishes and share with our guests on her days off. Can’t beat that! ;) We also do our best to keep the place clean and tidy so that the guest can enjoy a nice and neat space. We expect the same in return. Feel free to use the kitchen, dining area, living room, sit out on the patio and have a nice cup of coffee, tea, wine. Guests are also welcome to use the washer and dryer at no additional cost. We live in a SAFE, quiet, and peaceful area. The neighborhood is perfect for going on walks/runs. Walking distance to gas stations. Everyone in the neighborhood tends to keep to themselves Free parking in front of the house We have a small dog in the house. She’s a little bit shy and will not bother you, i promise!
