The apartment is plunged in the woods of Armentarola, in San Cassiano Alta Badia. It is entirely clad in fragrant pine wood and was completely renovated in 2020: it has 2 large bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine and a living room that overlooks the terrace towards the woods. A small kitchen disappears behind a small door and is equipped with everything. Outdoor parking spaces available in the condominium area and, on request, private and heated garage. We have furnished the house with care to every detail, to make it the perfect house for a family holiday or for a group of friends who really love the mountains. The bedrooms, very welcoming and bright, have double bed and twin beds and it is possible to find space to arrange a folding bed in the case of a fifth person. From the master bedroom it is possible to access the outside thanks to a French window and the terrace offers an enchanting view of the woods. Other features of the apartment are: hairdryer and ironing board, flat screen satellite TV, free condominium wi-fi. I love Val Badia as a second home, I have been attending it since I was born and I will be available to my guests for any advice. Guests can check-in from 16:00 to 20:00 making arrangements by phone to be able to welcome you in the best possible way. We are in the heart of the Dolomites, a world heritage site. A landscape of meadows, forests and pink rocks opens up around the house, ideal for hikers or bikers who will find many routes for every level of difficulty. In winter you can have fun with skis, snowshoes or toboggans on the trails and slopes of the "Sellaronda" ski area. You can ski straight from home and reach the ski lifts or the Val Badia cross-country skiing center in just 5 minutes! The beauty of the Dolomite rocks is incomparable and fascinates in every season! Perfect location! The village of San Cassiano, 3 km away, can also be reached via a pleasant walk on the small road. Closer by you will find the mini market of the nearby campsite as well as recommended bars and restaurants. In both summer and winter, forget about your car and go on many excursions on foot, by bike or on snowshoes without the stress of parking. You can reach the ski area directly from home with skis on your feet! The bus stop is only a few hundred meters away and public buses offer excellent connections to San Cassiano - La Villa - Corvara as well as to Cortina and its valley.
