You will have the place to yourselves. Access is via front door at ground floor level (shared entrance with 1 other flat) and then a second doorway into private flat. We live 10 minutes away in Blackbridge, but will be available anytime to answer any queries to have. You will check yourself in to the house via a lockbox by the front door. Situated conveniently close to local eateries, pubs and a shop. Walking distance to the ferry. There is free on street parking right outside the flat but there is not an allocated parking space so you may need to park further up the street - spaces usually become available quite quickly though so you can re-park when a space becomes available. Please note, the sofa bed is only suitable for a single person.
