Available room in paradise

1 nice room with balcony, 1 min walk from famous surf/kitesurf/windsurf beach. Nearby cafes, convenience store and gym. Privileged area with boat&bus connection to city center. Wonderful views over the city and Rio Lima (Lima River). Your room is on the first floor, of our duplex appartment. You have a private balcony where you can relax in a hammock, and a private bathroom. Our appartment has two more bedrooms (not for rent), a lounge, a kitchen and two bathrooms. The access to guests is common to the owners. Even if we only rent a room, you can take a rest in our living room or make your breakfast in our kitchen :) (with your own products). We are happy, depending on our availability, to show our city and perhaps introduce you to our friends (they are a species endangered :) ) The surrounding area is truly fantastic. We have the Rio Lima just across, the sea and a pine forest that give an uneven natural charm. You can take long walks or playing sports, or simply do nothing and enjoy! To get to our apartment you can go by boat from the city center, by bus, by car, on foot, by bicycle, horse ... there's no excuses for not coming. You can even land by parachute on the beach :) We have two beautiful cats, so, even that we love animals, we can't receive any others. They don't like to share their daddies :D We also prefer to accomodate couples. Dont judge us, but with couples is easier to bond and to show our beautiful city and share culture/knowledge.
