This charming farmhouse will welcome you in a bucolic setting. It is surrounded by fields and overlooks a small pond. Calm and pleasure on the program with all the comforts of a modern house. Located 1h30 from Paris Sud (99km as the crow flies), it is close to many tourist places, the Forest of Orleans, the Loire Valley castles. The village of Bellegarde, cradle of the rose, is 5 km away This cottage consists of: => a main house with: a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms with TV, a shower room, a WC + a game room with Home Cinema in the attic. => a barn (an independent annex) with a living area including 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a toilet and a small gym. The other part of the barn: all the necessary to enjoy the garden + BBQ, bikes... ---- NOTA BENE : => Sheets and towels not provided for stays of - 5 nights. Tea towels always provided. Possibility to rent complete sets for 15€ per set (including bed linen + 2 towels) x number of beds during stays of - 5 nights. => In summer, no rental of less than a week => Wifi ADSL available only in the main house and its attic (games room) => The pond in front of the house is not fenced => This house is not suitable for children who cannot swim This cottage is accessible by car and is located at the end of a private road. 3 parking spaces are behind the barn. --- Nearest stations: > Montargis (35 km) with Francilien Line L trains departing from Gare de Lyon or Intercités trains departing from Paris-Bercy > Orleans (45 km) with Intercités trains departing from Paris-Austerlitz --- Bus to Bellegarde (5 km) from Montargis or Orleans stations with Line 6 This Cottage is close to Bellegarde, with all shops and a Monday market. Many tourist visits in the surroundings: Montargis (the Venice of Gatinais), Sully sur Loire, Orléans, Gien, the Canal de Briare bridge. Bellegarde's specialty: the rose, of which the city is the cradle in France. Between Montargis (35 km) and Orléans (45 km), near the village of Bellegarde (5 km).
