Cozy dream house

The beautiful yellow house is located on the top of the hill nearby the forest in the green SPA resort Šmarješke Toplice. House is decorated charming and romantic, and you will feel at home. House has all the equipment and it is appropriate for max 2 couples or pair with a child. Only 300m away is a small grocery store, restaurant, and bar for a morning coffee. Walking distance is famous SPA. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool. House is surrounded by a forest which offers you long walks. House is fully equipped. You have 2 parking spaces and no stairs to enter the house. Large spacious living room and dining and kitchen with 2 terraces. In the evening you will admire stars in the sky and you will sit in chilly windy breeze terrace and hear nothing except wind. During the day house offers to relax in the shade and a nice bottle of wine which is always in the fridge from the host. House is calm and cozy, located in the South of Slovenia but still close to all the famous tourist must spots. House has a hot tube, air condition, 2 terraces, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large living room, new kitchen, a small toilet, laundry machine, hairdryer, and wifi. I am always available on phone and e-mail and ready to explain everything about restaurants, nice and must spots, main cities, museums, golf spots, shopping places and nice hidden places. I can also take you fly over Dolenjska region to show you where are you staying and how wonderful our country is. My favorite spot nearby is castle Otočec to walk around and take a glass of wine and local dish. There are also amazing SPAs and golf courses. The best solution is to have a car. I can rent you a small FIAT 500, or you can pick one of the world's know rent-a-cars at the airport when you land in Slovenia. In Šmarješke Toplice, there are nice walking routes through vineyards and bike and hiking paths around the region. You can rent a new trek bike in the nearby hotel for 5 eur/h or play golf at Otočec. You can sup at river Krka or swim in the nearby spring in the village Klevevz. There are many good restaurants around. You can rent a bike nearby; you can hike, you can play golf, tennis, mini-golf, basketball, football, volleyball and visit pools all in 500m except golf which is 5km away.
