V&M house

My place is close to public transport, nightlife, parks, and the city center. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). 5 minutes car drive from downtown, next to the main road yet feels like a country side. Just few steps takes you next to river Sava, green fields with horses running freely. An ideal place to get to know tourist attractions or just have a walk in the beautiful nature. Leave the place the way you got it. You can use all utilities, dishes as well, but clean up after yourself. The house is smoke free (no smoking please) and there are no parties allowed. Pets are not allowed. There is NO walking in shoes in the house. Price for house for one family 2 adults and 2 kids or 4 adults is 150 eur per night plus 75 eur final cleaning fee. Each additional person is 35 eur per night. For better communication with our quests we are available 24/7 via whattsup and/or viber apps. Upon reservation confirmation we will provide our phone number so you can add us to your contact list and we can use them for easier communication. On the day of arrival the house will be ready at 3 pm. Please contact us at least an hour upon you arrival so someone will be there to give you the keys and provide short tour around the house. Location is 7 to 10 minutes car drive to downtown or 12 to 15 minutes bus drive (there are three frequent bus lines taking you to the city center). Proximity to the city center comes handy, at the same time the house is located in a quiet, serene neighbourhood. Five minute walk takes you to a walking path by the river Sava, surrounded by horses running freely in their enclosed areas with many horseriding facilities, children's playgrounds and picnic areas. Price for house for one family 2 adults and 2 kids or 4 adults is 150 eur per night plus 75 eur final cleaning fee. Each additional person is 35 eur per person per night.
