The magnificent old town, with its splendid Town Square, is often used for film shoots. Recently some scenes of Catch 22 have been shot there. The Museum of Art of Palazzo Doebbing is home to important exhibitions curated by the Mayor Prof. Vittorio Sgarbi. The medieval crypt in the Cathedral is among the most beautiful in Italy. Sutri also attracts tourists for the Living Nativity that is organized between Christmas and the Epiphany, for the floral decorations on the occasion of Corpus Domini, for the Feast of Santa Dolcissima in September which ends with a grand fireworks display.
