The apartment enjoys sweeping views over National Trust fields and woodlands yet is only 8 minutes drive from Clifton Village & it's famous Suspension Bridge. It is aptly named "Bristol's hidden Valley". It is a 15 minute drive from the City Centre & 20 minutes from the Airport. A perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the City - a great location for walkers, cyclists & horse riders. A wide selection of local pubs within a good walk, short cycle or very short drive! Generous free parking. We live in the main house and are on hand to help if needed, otherwise you are entirely on your own. The apartment has it's own entrance. A very comfortable double bed. Well furnished Sitting Room with large antique desk and sofa bed. Good Shower. Central Heating. Great views. Free Parking. Fridge stocked with a variety of foods including bread, croissants, milk, butter, orange juice, homemade preserves, homemade cake, tea, coffee and eggs from the farm across the field. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE SOFA BED SO THAT LINEN CAN BE PROVIDED. This is a self contained apartment with access to the garden - largely for guests use - with a private outside dining area and fire pit. Children must be accompanied because of steps in the garden. We are surrounded by National Trust fields and woodland with sweeping views from the apartment. Scenic walks through the woodland beside Markham Brook and Tanpit stream to the beautiful, secluded, Abbots Pool. The NT estate of Tyntesfield with its great House and magnificent gardens is only 5 minutes drive away - transport can be arranged. Great cycling and running routes. There is a bus link X2 and X3 between Portishead and Bristol Bus Station on the A369 at the stop at the end of Sandy Lane. We are happy to help with advice re walks and cycling, and things to do in Bristol. We can help with trips to the Airport, when possible.
