Old style Country House

Ancient farmer house of my grandgrand parents, now a small villa on a hill, two floors, patio, two bedrooms, large kitchen, 3 saloons. 5 hectars park. 15 minutes to Bologna, 1 h to Florence by car. Search for Riallydrone on Youtube for a drone video Wonderful scenery Old style country house, with ancient original stuff Barbecue Fireplace Strategic location (neighborhood of Bologna, 1 h drive to Florence) Guest will have access to A two floor house with - 2 bed rooms with 4 beds - 3 large saloons - large ancient kitchen - 2 complete bathrooms + 1 small bathroom - one room with a double sofa bed (this room has no door) - an wonderful park (5 hectares) with a lake, a small soccer field and ancient rural tools I live in the adjacent house with my family. We are busy at work / school during the day - if guest need help we'll be available by phone The house is on a hill in Riale, immersed in green, trees, flowers, different kinds of animals (squirrels, birds and sometimes deers) The house is in a private area with 4 houses of our family The house is - 1 km to bus and train station - 15 minutes drive to Bologna - 5 minutes from A1 Highway to Florence or Milan - Breakfast will be "self service": you will find what needed to prepare your breakfast (milk, marmalade, butter, Nespresso coffee, brioches, ...) -IMPORTANT: On request, there is a separate taverna that can easily be used for events (up to 50 people) - (100€ additional - not included in price)
