Exclusive Beach House: Front Line Sea Views & Golf

This house is located on the front line of Bom Sucesso Beach, in Óbidos Lagoon. Spacious and with a typical beach decor, it is perfect to host a family or a group of friends. It has a private pool and a nice garden area. In the surrounding area there are several restaurants and cafes/bakeries. There are also two golf courses 5 and 10 min away, a sailing club, tennis courts and it is possible to practice several other sports such as mountain biking, kitesurfing and surfing, among others. Fantastic house with modern and simplistic decor, with unique views. It has 6 bedrooms and several dining and living rooms, including a snooker table. Located on the front line of Óbidos Lagoon, guests can access the beach through a private entrance and choose between swimming in the calm waters of the lagoon or in the sea. In addition, guests will be able to access the private pool of the house. The house has multiple areas for leisure and rest, and it is also possible to hold barbecues and meals outside the house overlooking the lagoon. It is equipped with the necessary conditions for some comforting and peaceful holidays, where the beaches and the golf courses are one of the main attractions. The property has a main house and a secondary house, both equipped with bedrooms, kitchens and bathrooms. The secondary house will only be available if the total number of guests is greater than 8. Otherwise, guests will only have access to the main house while the secondary house is kept closed. I will be always available to solve and help with everything you need during your stay. The easiest way to access the house is by private transportation (eg: car). The house has parking space for at least 3 cars, and the street itself has also several parking spaces.
