Villa La Castellina is a restored farmer’s home from the late 1800s. It boasts panoramic gorgeous views on 12 hectares (29 acres) of land which includes about 1200 olive trees and a small vineyard. A swimming pool with a BBQ area is available to all guests. The property consists of a Villa and adjacent annexe. The villa sleeps 10 while the annexe sleeps 2. There is also a sofa bed in the annexe. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The property is exclusively available to only one group at a time. The house is located in the countryside surrounded by olive groves. There are 3 neighbouring properties in the area, between 200m and 300m away measured in a straight line. The medieval village of Montegonzi is 400m up the hill. Ample parking space is available on site and a car is required when staying at Villa La Castellina.
