Plenty of floor space for air mattresses, too! 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, kitchen, dining room, beautiful large living room. Minutes from the hospital, downtown, and Southern Illinois University. Entire house, front porch, side porch, and deck. Hosts are available as needed. You won’t see them unless you need them. This house is located in the West Walnut Historical District and is a 7-10 minute walk to downtown Carbondale, less than a block from Carbondale Memorial Hospital, and approximately 1 mile to Southern Illinois University. Room for at least 4 cars in the driveway. Shared large driveway, so park on the half closest to house. There is a two night minimum stay requirement to book this property. No parties. We will not rent to individuals who have not rented through Airbnb before, and we don’t rent to locals for parties.
